Our leadership has spent more than ten years recruiting, training, and managing phone sales floors. Cornerstone ATS was formed to bring that work under one roof, with standards written down and accountability that does not move.
We are deliberate about growth. A floor that scales faster than its training and quality function will damage the brands it represents, and we would rather turn work down than put an unprepared representative on your customers.
